What is included

What you get with cloud hosting

Dedicated compute

vCPU and memory reserved for your environment rather than shared with other accounts.

Resize without rebuilding

Move up a tier and the resources apply to the same environment. No export, no DNS change, no new account.

Managed, with cPanel

You get the isolation of a private environment without having to administer a server.

Snapshots and backups

Daily backups with retention by tier, plus weekly snapshots on the larger plans.

Dedicated IP included

Every cloud plan includes a dedicated IP address.

Isolation by design

Your workload cannot be affected by another account exhausting shared capacity.

Cloud or VPS

Cloud hosting versus a VPS

Both give you dedicated resources. The difference is who administers the server.

Cloud hosting

We manage the operating system, the stack and the panel. You manage sites and applications through cPanel.

VPS

You get root access and full control, and you are responsible for the operating system unless you add server management.

Not sure?

If nobody on your team wants to be responsible for patching a server at 2am, cloud hosting is the right answer.

Who it suits

Choosing the right tier

A plan is only good value if it matches what you are actually running. These are the situations each tier was sized for.

Applications outgrowing shared hosting

Consistent CPU and memory without taking on server administration.

Seasonal or campaign traffic

Size up before a peak and back down afterwards.

Multiple production sites

Several busy sites in one isolated environment.

Website migration

We move your site, you approve the switch

Assisted migration is included with hosting plans. Nothing goes live until you have seen it working on your new account.

  1. Tell us where your site lives

Share your current host and access details through an encrypted form, or a cPanel backup if you have one.

  2. We move it and test it

Files, databases and mailboxes are copied to your new account and checked on a temporary URL first.

  3. You approve the switch

Once you confirm the test site looks right, we schedule the DNS change with you, usually outside business hours.
