Averonix Host delivers hosting services using infrastructure sourced from independent third-party providers. Data centre facilities, physical infrastructure and applicable certifications are managed by their respective operators. Hosting availability and specifications vary by location and product.

So everything below describes capability our operators provide and we resell, rather than hardware we own. We name a specific facility or certification only where we hold the agreement and can evidence it — ask, and we will confirm yours in writing.

Separate backup storage
Backups written to storage independent of the serving node.
Restores tested
A backup nobody has restored is a hypothesis. Ours are exercised rather than assumed.
Monitored at the edge
Availability measured per region from our own monitoring, which is what the SLA is written against.

Live platform status

Incidents, planned maintenance and current availability are published on a separate host, so it stays reachable even when the platform is not. Planned work is announced there and by email to the customers it affects, with a window and an expected impact.
