If something hosted by us is being used unlawfully or in breach of our acceptable use policy, tell us and we will investigate.

Reports are handled under our abuse policy. Your contact details are not disclosed to the reported customer except where we are legally required to do so.

Urgent categories

Reports involving child sexual abuse material, imminent threats to life or active phishing campaigns are escalated immediately and referred to the appropriate authorities. Please also report these directly to law enforcement.

How we handle reports

  1. 1Acknowledged and logged with a reference.
  2. 2Verified. We check the content is on our network and matches the report.
  3. 3The customer is contacted where the situation allows it, with a deadline to act.
  4. 4Content is suspended where the breach is confirmed and unresolved, or immediately where waiting would cause harm.
  5. 5You are told the outcome, within the limits of what we can disclose about another customer.
