How we quote hardware honestly
We do not publish a processor model we cannot guarantee is in stock. Here is how the ordering actually works.
The specification is confirmed in writing
Before provisioning, you receive the exact processor, memory and disk configuration being supplied, and you approve it.
Lead time is stated up front
Dedicated hardware is provisioned manually. You are told the realistic lead time before you pay, not after.
Custom builds are quoted, not guessed
Anything outside the standard configurations goes through a quotation with the specification and the SLA attached.
